Yacht Brokers Denia was founded by sailors, for sailors. We set up here because we believed the Western Mediterranean deserved a brokerage that genuinely understood these waters — not one managing listings from an office hundreds of miles away.
We opened our first office at Puerto Deportivo de Denia when the marina was still relatively undiscovered by international buyers. The combination of reliable winds, crystalline water and a year-round sailing season made it clear that this was a market worth building something serious in.
Since then we have guided many clients through the process of buying and selling on the Spanish Mediterranean coast. Some have moved on to larger boats. Some have sold up and returned years later for the next chapter. A few have become close friends. That continuity — that ongoing relationship with the sea and with our clients — is what drives everything we do.

Denia sits at the northern tip of Alicante province, directly across the water from Ibiza. It combines natural beauty with serious maritime infrastructure — and remarkable year-round liveability.
Formentera, Ibiza, Mallorca and Menorca are all within easy reach. Denia is the closest mainland port to the Balearic Islands, making it the natural departure point for extended cruising.
The Costa Blanca delivers reliable thermal winds, low rainfall and warm water for much of the year. Sailing here is not a summer-only pursuit.
Puerto Deportivo de Denia offers comprehensive boatyard facilities, chandlery, fuel, and a strong community of liveaboards and cruising sailors.
Beyond the water, Denia offers excellent gastronomy, a historic old town, a relaxed pace of life and easy connections to Valencia and Alicante airports.
Denia attracts serious buyers and sellers from across Northern Europe, creating a genuine secondary market for quality vessels rather than a seasonal holiday trade.
The marine industry around Denia and Jávea includes skilled shipwrights, riggers, electricians and engineers capable of work on vessels of any size.
These are not aspirations — they are the standards we hold ourselves to on every listing, every negotiation, every transaction.
We tell clients what a vessel is genuinely worth — not what they want to hear. Accurate valuations and realistic market appraisals protect everyone involved and build long-term trust.
We are rooted in Denia but connected internationally. Our listings reach buyers across Northern Europe, Scandinavia and the UK, while our on-the-ground expertise gives sellers a decisive edge.
Most of our business comes through referral. We measure success not by the number of deals closed but by the number of clients who come back — and bring their friends.
From the quality of a listing photograph to the precision of a purchase contract, we hold every part of the process to the same high standard. The details matter because your investment matters.
Our team is small by design. Every client works directly with an experienced broker — not a junior agent — from first enquiry to final handover.
Our sales brokers combine extensive sailing experience with deep knowledge of the Mediterranean brokerage market. They speak English, Spanish, German and French.
Our documentation specialists handle Spanish maritime registration, VAT compliance, flag transfers and notarial requirements — so every transaction is watertight.
From weekend bareboat hire to extended skippered voyages, our charter team curates itineraries across the Balearics and Costa Blanca with the same care as a brokerage sale.
Whether you are buying, selling or simply curious about the market, we are always happy to talk — no obligation, no pressure.
